SG Workbench is an internal business tool built and operated by Cere Hermi & Co. (doing business as SG Leather, 鑫革) for its own staff. It is not offered to the public or to other companies.

What data the app accesses

When an authorized person connects our own QuickBooks Online company, SG Workbench reads, and only reads, the following records from that company: customers, vendors, payment terms, payment methods, estimates, invoices, payments, credit memos, sales receipts and purchase orders, together with the company name. It never creates, changes or deletes anything in QuickBooks.

Why

To keep our own quotations, invoices, payments and receivables in one place, and to move our billing history from QuickBooks into SG Workbench.

Where it is kept and who can see it

• The data is stored in our own Cloudflare account (database and file storage). Sign-in is enforced by Cloudflare Access; only authorized staff of Cere Hermi & Co. can open the app, and billing data is limited further to the people responsible for it.
• The QuickBooks connection tokens and app credentials are stored encrypted and are never shown in the browser or written to logs.
• We do not sell, rent or share this data with anyone, do not use it for advertising, and do not send it to AI services.

How long

Billing records are kept as our business records, with backups kept for the same purpose. The QuickBooks connection can be disconnected at any time from SG Workbench or from QuickBooks; disconnecting deletes the stored tokens.

鑫革工作台是鑫革（Cere Hermi & Co.）自己開發、只給公司同仁使用的內部工具，不對外提供。

連接我們自己的 QuickBooks Online 公司後，工作台只會讀取客戶、廠商、付款條件、付款方式、報價單、Invoice、收款、Credit Memo、銷售收據、採購單與公司名稱，不會在 QuickBooks 新增、修改或刪除任何資料。用途是把公司自己的報價、請款、收款與應收集中管理，並把 QuickBooks 的歷史帳務搬進工作台。

資料存在公司自己的 Cloudflare 帳號，只有經授權的同仁登入後才看得到；連接 QuickBooks 的權杖與金鑰都加密保存。我們不販售、不出租、不分享這些資料，不用於廣告，也不交給 AI 服務。帳務資料依公司紀錄保存；隨時可以中斷與 QuickBooks 的連接，中斷時會刪除保存的權杖。聯絡：contact@sg-leather-house.com.tw。
