End-User License Agreement

SG Workbench is software owned and operated by Cere Hermi & Co. (doing business as SG Leather, 鑫革) for internal use by its own staff. By signing in, you agree to these terms.

1. Who may use it

Only employees and people expressly authorized by Cere Hermi & Co. may use SG Workbench, and only for the company's business. Access may be withdrawn at any time.

2. QuickBooks connection

SG Workbench connects only to QuickBooks Online companies owned by Cere Hermi & Co., with read-only use of the accounting data described in our Privacy Policy. Intuit Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for SG Workbench.

3. Data

All business data in SG Workbench belongs to Cere Hermi & Co.. Users must keep it confidential and must not copy it outside the company's systems except as their work requires.

4. No warranty

SG Workbench is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Cere Hermi & Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the date above shows the current version. They are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China).

鑫革工作台由鑫革（Cere Hermi & Co.）擁有與營運，只供公司同仁與經公司授權的人為公司業務使用，授權可隨時收回。工作台只連接公司自己的 QuickBooks Online，只讀取帳務資料；Intuit 不是本條款的當事人，也不對工作台負責。工作台裡的業務資料屬於公司，使用者應保密，除工作需要外不得複製到公司系統以外。工作台依現狀提供，不作任何保證；在法律允許範圍內，公司不負間接或衍生損害的責任。本條款可能更新，以上方日期為準，並以中華民國法律為準據法。
